Is it really free?
Yes. It's not a trial and there's no seat limit. Bring two hundred people and use it for five years: the platform stays $0. You only pay when you want AI doing the work, or for infrastructure like an inbox or extra storage.
So where's the catch?
We sell intelligence. The workspace is free because it's where your team's context lives, and that context is what makes our AI worth paying for. We do not charge per seat, and we're not planning to.
What does the AI cost?
One flat monthly price for the whole workspace, from $20 to $950, never per person. There's no metered bill and no overage: extra credit is only added when you buy it, or by auto top-up if you turn it on, capped at a monthly limit you set.
What happens when the weekly allowance runs out?
AI pauses until the week turns over and your allowance comes back. Chat, boards, docs and calls keep running exactly as before. If you need AI right away, add extra credit, which never expires, or move up a plan.
Is my data used to train AI?
Never. Your conversations, documents, meetings and files are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. We only work with AI providers that commit to that in writing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks. Cancelling your AI plan drops the workspace back to free, and it keeps everything: every message, document, board and file stays exactly where it is.
