Basis: a team that uses exactly one 6× week plan.
The same week of work on three plans. The free 1× allowance is spent by Tuesday. The 6× plan lasts exactly one week. The 60× plan ends the week 10% used, so the same team could do 10 times this much in the same week.

Is the free plan a trial?
No. There's no expiry date and no seat limit. Bring two hundred people and use it for five years: the platform stays $0. We only start charging when you want AI doing work, or when you need infrastructure like an inbox or storage.
I don't like credits. Can I just pay a fixed price?
That’s exactly what this is. You pick a plan and pay that amount every month. There’s no metered bill at the end of the month and no overage: extra credit is only added when you buy it, or by auto top-up if you turn it on, capped at a monthly limit you set.
What happens when the weekly limit runs out?
AI pauses until the week turns over and your allowance comes back. Nothing else is affected: chat, boards, docs and calls keep running exactly as before. If you need AI right away, add extra credit, which never expires, or move up a plan so every week starts bigger.
Is it different on the free plan?
No. Every plan works the same way; the free week is just smaller. When it runs out, AI pauses until the new week begins, and the platform itself never pauses.
Why is it free? What's the catch?
The catch is that we sell intelligence. We think per-seat software pricing is on its way out: with AI, companies are building their own internal tools. So we give away the part that’s getting cheaper every year, and charge for the AI that does the work and the infrastructure that keeps costing money to run.
Can I use Copera AI for coding?
You can, but it isn't what we built. Copera's agents work on your workspace: meetings, email, tasks, customer threads, documents. If your engineers live in a dedicated coding agent, keep them there; we're not trying to replace that, and pretending otherwise would just waste your money.
What if my workspace has more than 100 people?
The platform stays free at any size, with unlimited members. Above 100 people, AI counts double against your allowance, because indexing and searching everything a company that size has written costs more to run. Talk to us and we’ll set a rate for your size, usually lower, with SSO, a contract and an SLA if you need them.
Which currency, and how do I pay?
All prices are in US dollars, charged to an international credit card. Your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee, which we don't control and don't receive.
Does unused allowance roll over?
The weekly plan allowance doesn't. It resets every week, whole. Extra credit you buy separately is different: it never expires, and it's only consumed once the week's allowance is gone.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks. Your workspace drops back to the free plan and keeps everything: every message, document, board and file stays exactly where it is.

These rates are identical on every plan, including free. Volume discount lives in the plan price, never in the rate. That is what makes the multiple exact.
