# Copera

> Copera is the first free all-in-one workspace for teams. Unlimited members, unlimited projects, forever. Replace Slack, Monday, Notion, Zoom, DocuSign, and 65+ other tools in a single platform. Pay only for AI usage, inboxes, and storage when you actually need more.

Copera ships nine core tools as one connected workspace: team chat, project management (Boards), collaborative documents, video meetings with AI transcription, e-signatures, file drive, whiteboards, shared email, and an AI layer that runs across all of them. The AI is model-routed — users don't pick models, Copera picks the best one for each task.

## Pricing Model

Copera prices in **three layers**: the platform is free forever, the workspace picks one AI usage plan, and add-ons are bought individually. Nothing is priced per seat, on any layer.

### 1. The platform — $0 forever

- Unlimited members. No per-seat charge, no feature gates, no trial, no expiry date.
- Chat, boards, docs, tasks, calls, full history, guests, mobile and desktop.
- 5 GB of media storage. Messages, docs, boards, tasks and history are text and stay unlimited, outside the quota.
- A free weekly AI allowance — the 1× rung of the ladder below.

### 2. AI usage plans — one plan for the whole workspace

Each plan is named by its multiplier against the free weekly allowance. Prices are per month, in USD, for the entire workspace — never per person.

- Team size never limits which plan you can pick. Two people can run 600×; a hundred people can run 10×. The team sizes shown on the pricing page are guidance, not a licence.
- The allowance is weekly. It resets every week and does not roll over.
- Every AI capability draws on the same allowance: chat, agents, transcription, image generation, automations, search.
- When the weekly allowance runs out, AI pauses until the week resets — on every plan, free included. Chat, boards, docs and calls keep running. To keep going: add extra credit, or move up a plan.
- Extra credit is bought separately, never expires, and is only consumed once the week's allowance is gone.
- No overage and no metered end-of-month bill. A plan cannot spend past its price.
- The per-unit price of AI falls at every rung. That is the volume discount, and the reason teams move up. Per-model consumption rates are identical on every plan, free included — the discount lives in the plan price, never in the rate.
- Above 100 people: priced directly with sales, usually alongside SSO, a contract and an SLA. The platform stays free at any size.

### 3. Add-ons — each bought on its own, monthly, on any plan including free

- **Team inbox** — $5 per inbox per month. A real, deliverable mailbox inside the workspace.
- **WhatsApp number** — $15 per number per month. Rented from Meta monthly.
- **Live classroom** — from $40 (20 seats), $70 (40 seats), $120 (80 seats), $200 (150 seats). Larger rooms are quoted by sales.
- **Media storage** — 5 GB free, then 50 GB $5, 100 GB $8, 250 GB $15, 500 GB $25, 1 TB $40, 2 TB $70, 5 TB $150, 10 TB $250, 15 TB $340, 20 TB $420, 50 TB $900. Only media counts against the quota. Every 1 TB stored includes 2 TB of monthly transfer; past that downloads slow down, and egress is never billed.

All prices are in US dollars, charged to an international credit card. Cancel any time: the workspace drops back to free and keeps every message, document, board and file.

## How Revenue Works

- **Subscription** — the workspace's AI usage plan. One plan per workspace, $20 to $950 a month. Workspaces above 100 people are priced directly with sales.
- **Expansion** — extra credit, which never expires and is only consumed after the weekly allowance, plus add-ons: team inboxes, WhatsApp numbers, live classrooms, media storage.
- Nothing else is billed. No per-seat revenue, no overage, no metered end-of-month bill, no egress charges.

AI runs through a router over more than 40 models; users never pick a model. Per-model consumption rates are published by capability (language models, image generation, speech to text, text to speech, web search) and are identical on every plan, including free.
