Copera ships nine core tools as one connected workspace: team chat, project management (Boards), collaborative documents, video meetings with AI transcription, e-signatures, file drive, whiteboards, shared email, and an AI layer that runs across all of them. The AI is model-routed — users don't pick models, Copera picks the best one for each task.

## Pricing Model

Copera uses a **mix-and-match seat model**. A single workspace can combine free seats with paid seats (Pro or Max). Every seat has full access to collaboration tools; paid seats unlock pooled AI credits, more storage, and included inbox channels that the whole workspace benefits from.

- **Free (pay-as-you-go)** — $0. Unlimited seats. 20 GB workspace drive. $5/month in AI credits (non-cumulative). All base tools. Inbox channels: $5/channel/month add-on.
- **Pro** — $20 per paid seat per month. Sold in lots of 5. Adds $40 pooled AI credits per Pro seat (2× multiplier), +100 GB per Pro seat pooled workspace-wide, 1 included inbox channel per Pro seat. Extra inbox channels: $3/channel.
- **Max** — $100 per paid seat per month. Sold in lots of 3. Adds $500 pooled AI credits per Max seat (5× multiplier), +500 GB per Max seat pooled workspace-wide, 5 included inbox channels per Max seat. Extra inbox channels: $2/channel.
- **Storage overage** — flat $0.25/GB on every plan for workspaces under 100 users, $0.50/GB for workspaces with 100 users or more. Same price regardless of Free / Pro / Max — the way to grow the pool cheaply is to add more paid seats. No per-file size limits on any plan.
- **Enterprise** — automatically applied once a workspace crosses 100 users. Same plan structure; infrastructure usage (AI and drive) is billed at 2× the standard rate. Negotiated directly with Copera sales.

AI credits from paid seats are pooled at the workspace level and can be shared with any member (admin-controlled). Extra AI usage is billed 1:1 from a top-up wallet.

- **Add-ons** — Classroom (tiered $40–$200 per room by seat count)

AI is priced via an internal catalog of 100+ models, each with its own cost basis and multiplier, routed automatically. Users see their spend by capability (transcription, LLM, text-to-speech, etc.) but never per-model prices — the platform picks the model.
